Ibys Technologies has the pleasure to announce its participation in the ITU-T Workshop on "Delivering Good Quality Telecommunication Service in a Safe Environment in Africa", in Nairobi - Kenya, (July, 26 - 31, 2010).

What is the ITU?
The International Telecommunication Union is an agency of the United Nations which regulates information and communication technology issues.
